Still running deliveries and warehouses on Excel and phone calls?

As order volume grows, manual work leads to under-loaded trucks, late deliveries, inaccurate stock and reconciliation that drags on for days.

  • 01

Trip planning based on gut feeling

Manual order grouping and truck loading – under-loaded vehicles, overlapping routes, wasted fuel

  • 02

    No visibility into shipment status

Customers ask where their order is and you have to call the driver; you learn about delays from complaints

  • 03

    Inaccurate stock, wrong items shipped

Books don't match reality, stock-outs discovered too late, near-expiry lots forgotten

  • 04

COD and trip cost reconciliation takes days

Paper documents, double entry into accounting, hard to know the true cost of each trip

From warehouse to customer on one system

TMS and WMS share the same data: outbound orders flow straight into dispatch, drivers get orders in the app, and delivery results and costs feed into reports and your ERP.

Transport Management (TMS)

Take orders, consolidate loads, assign vehicles and optimize routes automatically by capacity, delivery window and traffic.

  • Auto load consolidation
  • Route optimization
  • GPS trip tracking
  • Proof of delivery (ePOD)

Warehouse & transport in sync

Outbound orders flow straight into dispatch, drivers get jobs instantly in the app.

  • Order DH-1024 shipped from warehouseBinh Duong DC · 2 mins ago
  • Truck 51C-123.45 out for deliveryStop 3/8 · ETA 14:30

Warehouse Management (WMS)

Accurate inbound, outbound and stock control across multiple warehouses and branches.

  • Receiving, picking, transfers, stock counts
  • Bin locations, lots, expiry dates
  • Barcode / QR scanning on mobile
  • Low-stock alerts

Delivery & Reconciliation

Drivers capture photos and e-signatures at drop-off. COD and trip costs are reconciled automatically, with volume reports by warehouse, route and customer.

ERP integration

ERP integration for transport companies

Two-way sync between Fleetwork and your existing ERP / accounting system: orders, customers and items flow into TMS/WMS automatically; trip costs, COD and invoices flow back to the ERP – no more double data entry.

  • Sync orders, customers and item master data
  • Post trip, fuel and toll costs to your ledger
  • Reconcile COD, receivables and invoices with the ERP
  • Flexible connection via REST API and webhooks

How it works

An order through Fleetwork in 4 steps

Order intake, picking, delivery and reconciliation are connected on one system – no more passing files around, phone calls or re-entering data.

  1. 01

    Order intake & picking

Orders arrive from your ERP, Excel files or API; goods are picked and shipped from the warehouse in WMS.

  2. 02

    Trip planning

Consolidate orders, pick vehicles by capacity and delivery window, optimize routes based on traffic.

  3. 03

    Deliver via the app

Drivers receive orders, follow the optimized stop sequence, and capture photos and e-signatures (ePOD) at each stop.

  4. 04

    Reconcile & report

COD and trip costs are reconciled automatically; volume reports by warehouse, route and customer sync back to your ERP.

What's the difference between TMS and WMS? Does Fleetwork offer both?

A TMS (Transportation Management System) handles transport: order consolidation, vehicle assignment, route optimization, trip tracking and proof of delivery. A WMS (Warehouse Management System) handles inbound, outbound, stock, bin locations, lots and expiry. Fleetwork offers both on one platform, so outbound orders flow straight into dispatch without re-entry.

What does Fleetwork optimize delivery routes on?

Orders are consolidated and stops sequenced based on vehicle capacity, customer receiving windows and traffic conditions, reducing distance, number of trips and late deliveries.

How does electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) work?

At each stop the driver takes photos, collects the recipient's e-signature and adds notes in the Driver Connect app. The information reaches the system instantly so dispatch, customer service and accounting can track and reconcile it.

Can Fleetwork connect to our existing ERP or accounting software?

Yes. Fleetwork syncs two-way with ERP / accounting software via REST API and webhooks, with a built-in Odoo integration: orders, customers and products flow into TMS/WMS; trip costs, COD and invoices are pushed back to the ERP.

Which app do delivery drivers use?

Drivers use Fleetwork Driver Connect on Android and iOS to receive delivery orders, see the stop sequence, navigate the optimized route, update status and send photo and signature proof.
